Rollator Air Tyres

Rollator with Air Tyres – for smooth outdoor walking

A rollator with air tyres makes a real difference when moving outdoors. Filled with air just like bicycle and car tyres, they provide natural shock absorption that smooths out uneven terrain – gravel, cobblestones, garden paths and cracked asphalt. The result is a smoother, quieter and more comfortable walk.

Trionic manufactures two outdoor rollators with air tyres: the Walker 12er with 12-inch tyres and the Walker 14er with 14-inch tyres. Both are built for daily use in real terrain – not just on flat ground.

Why air tyres are better than solid rubber wheels

  • Shock absorption – the air in the tyre absorbs vibrations and impacts
  • Better grip – tyre tread and air pressure maintain ground contact in all weather
  • Smoother rolling – less resistance on uneven surfaces
  • Quieter – air tyres generate far less noise than hard plastic wheels

Trionic Walker 12er – air tyres for everyday use

The Walker 12er is designed for those who want stable, agile support when walking in urban areas, parks and everyday environments. The 12-inch air tyre wheels roll smoothly over kerbs, gravel paths and paved surfaces. The rollator folds and fits in most cars.

Trionic Walker 14er – air tyres for demanding terrain

The Walker 14er is our most powerful model. With 14-inch wheels and deeply treaded air tyres, it handles trails, woodland, grass and even sand. Trionic's renowned three-point stability ensures the rollator always maintains contact with the ground, no matter how uneven.

Maintaining air tyres

The air tyres on Trionic Walker are inflated with a standard bicycle pump. Check the pressure regularly – the recommended pressure is marked on the tyre sidewall. In the event of a puncture, the inner tube can be replaced easily without tools.
