Ordering from Trionic is simple and flexible. You can shop directly through our online store, place your order over the phone, or send the details by email. Choose the model and accessories that fit your needs—our team is here to help at every step.

All Veloped and Walker orders over €200 include free home delivery within the EU. Deliveries are handled by UPS and typically arrive within a few working days, depending on your address.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be agreed with us first – email support@trionic.com. The product must be in its original packaging and in as-new condition; one short test walk (about 500 m) is fine. Within the EU, returns are free of charge and are collected from your home. The same 14-day right of return applies in the UK, the USA and Canada; in the USA a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
