I searched for a long time and found the right one. I also had a great consultation with the German branch in Hamburg, and then I was sure. With this walker, I can still walk safely in the forest, despite the often difficult uneven terrain, without much effort. It's so easy to steer, which is a good thing. The wheels, because they're so large and have a lot of grip, don't spin, and when you brake, it stops immediately. It's also a great vehicle on vacation, at the beach; it grinds effortlessly through the sand, simply fantastic. The seat is okay with an extra removable pad for washing...it comes with a backpack and a small suitcase for food, drinks, etc. It tapers slightly towards the front, and the whole thing is in a nice, bold color with neon yellow stripes. You can fit your backpack, suitcase, umbrella, and jacket in the front and still have room. You should also pack an air pump, since the tires are pneumatic.

The Trionic Veloped Sport was an excellent purchase. Because of cerebellar ataxia, I am no longer able to walk without a rollator. This device allows me to walk outdoors again, which is huge! It is worth every cent.

I’ve worked in the care industry till…
I’ve worked in the care industry till my retirement and have always been wary of walkers as they often look so unstable. All that changes when I spotted a Veloped in a magazine and started my research. I purchased my Veloped and have nothing but joy from it, now able to undertake longer walks without having to worry about being able to sit or what I can carry. This miracle can carry a full weeks shopping, move numerous books around the town with ease and is the wonder of all who see it. I live in a tourist area and am often stopped by strangers asking how I’ve found it and trying it out including Occupational Therapists, so much so I’ve volunteered as an Ambassador. I cannot recommend Trionic highly enough.

I've had the Veloped since November 2023...
I've had the Veloped Tour since November 2023. It's so great for me to be able to participate in life again. I've been undergoing immunotherapy for three years, which has weakened my muscles. But by walking with the Velped, I can compensate for a lot. The Velped is also very versatile: in everyday life, walking across meadows, across gravel, along the beach, etc.

What was and still is a huge help to me is that I got the Veloped directly from Uppsala and received very good advice, and you can always ask questions. The staff there are very helpful.
So, I would buy the Veloped again and again.
Here in Northern Germany, it's also admired.

I love my Veloped because I go out a lot with my dogs
I love my veloped because I go out a lot with my dogs, they can sit in it, the two are older and sometimes they don't want to walk anymore, then they can sit in it, I attached a basket with tension straps to the seat, the second dog can sit in it and we go out a lot, even in the forest! I would buy one again and again!

This is the best walker I've owned. It not only has a sleek swedish design,the aluminum frame is light weight, easy to fold up so it can be transported in a car, by bus or train.

It has the best brakes available--most walkers/rollators use a piece of metal to slow down the brakes, but the Trionic walker has all weather hub brakes on the rear wheels with a great locking system on the handles.
The ride is smooth--not just because of fantastic air-filled tires but the patented Trionic synchro steering system; both front wheels stay together and don't simmey on rough asphalt, cobblestone paths or rocky trails.
There's some great accessories to add onto your walker which don't interfer with folding it too.

From the neighbor to your own Veloped
Saw it at my neighbor's house and bought it because I was impressed by every aspect. It looks great, handles well (the brakes and function)—which is difficult to grasp for someone with dementia (in our case), but otherwise the brakes work perfectly. The seat is a bit high, but sufficient for a short break. The overall quality makes a high impression. Overall, we are very satisfied.
