Based on excellent experiences with the Veloped and the Walker
Based on my excellent experience with the Veloped, I also bought the Walker for my mother to use in the city. So far, my mother is completely satisfied with both mobility aids. Both walkers are robust, well-designed and make a very good impression.

The communication (detailed and very helpful advice) with the sellers/manufacturers and the delivery during shipping, were also satisfactory and without hassles.
Even though the price is high, I have not regretted the purchase for a second and would do it again.

What was your concern with this review?
My Veloped/ Walker 12 has everything...
I have two little dogs who are older, just like their owner. So, I was looking for something that would suit the three of us.

It had to be all-terrain and have a large basket.
I searched the internet and found what I was looking for at the Swedish company Trionic.
The advice was excellent, and I decided on the Veloped/ Walker 12.
My joy was great when my Veloped arrived.
After some practice with two dogs, including walking on forest and meadow paths, I have to say I found just the right thing for me.
The basket is big enough to carry a dog.
My Veloped rides easily, it is stable and well-made and also looks good, I am very satisfied.
If you have somewhat higher demands on your walking device, the Veloped/Walker is a very good choice.

What was your concern with this review?
I have a rare neurological condition Hereditary Spastic Paresis which causes muscle stiffness, balance issues, and consequently mobility problems. I have used walking poles for the last couple of years but when I walk I no longer enjoy my surroundings as I am so busy looking at the ground and concentrating so I don't fall. I thought long and hard about buying a walker as it felt like giving in but I was equally fed up of hanging off my husband or treating a walk like a battle to stay upright rather than an enjoyable experience. After much research, I came across the Veloped and ordered it in July.

I can honestly say it has changed my life, I am learning to enjoy my walks and not stare at the ground constantly. I am getting used to steering it, I prefer 2 wheels down as it feels more stable and there is a definite knack to turning it in that mode, but the more I use it the better I get.
I am now walking every day and on the 8th of Oct, I start a 100-mile walking challenge to be completed in 4 weeks for MND research. I need to walk 3.2 miles every day over that period to reach my target which will be hard, I would never have considered this without my Veloped. I seriously cannot recommend the Veloped enough, I've got all the gadgets for it and love it. It has definitely been a big investment but worth every penny, life-changing in such a good way.

I am extremely happy with my 'Terminator', thank you.
As you may remember I needed to adapt it to have forearm rests instead of handles and found the charity organisation 'Remap' here in the UK who were able to take the forearm rests from an old rollator (an indoor Topro) and put them on my lovely new Trionic.

I have to tell you that now when I'm out and about I will usually laugh out loud at some point with the joy it brings me. I would often get neck and shoulder pain after using my old outdoor rollator but with the Trionic I haven't had any problems yet. I am also able to run with it and must surely look ridiculous bombing down country lanes and moor tracks and having a good laugh! Luckily I don't see many people but when I do I am always asked about the rollator and I must have recommended you to at least 20 people and counting.
I would love to leave you a glowing review, can you use the above or should I do it separately without mentioning the adaptation?
I am 51yrs old and have so far declined the surgical operation to straighten my spine as I'm too scared of the whole thing but using this rollator has honestly transformed my outlook of defeat into one of achievement by giving me a very real sense of physical freedom that I have been mourning the loss of for many years.
My old rollator, which I also loved, sadly became the cause of some of my pain but this Trionic is truly in a league of its own with regards to comfort and I simply can't recommend it enough!
It's very easy for me to wax lyrical about my extremely positive experience but please use any or all of the above to add to my review if you'd like to.

These Ergon BioKork grips are the comfiest, the best grip hold of any grips I’ve had.
Even when raining my hands are wet but with the biokork I have an amazing grip of the handle better than any other grips available.
I also have rubber ones which are comfortable but when wet my hands slip.
I’ll be buying an another pair.

Trionic's customer service couldn't be more accommodating if they tried. They helped me choose the right aid for my individual needs. My foldable Walker 12 S rollator meets my needs for stable support and transport that feels gentle on the body. Thanks to the large air-filled wheels, it takes me smoothly over thresholds, uneven sidewalks and other terrain and it is easy for me to place between the front and back seats in the car.

I have had my Trionic Veloped 14'R now for close to 6 months, at a guess.

I have found this walker to be the best decision I made.
Firstly I'm unsure about whether I did place a review at the time of purchase making note on the EXCELLENT client support & being extremely patient with my need to contact them often before purchase to have questions answered.
The Veloped is used to get into the horse paddock. I have been through all the types of weather that I will face in the future. Using the Veloped has given me so much more freedom & autonomy when going out to their paddock.
I recommend this design of walker to anyone who needs a walker. It cushions any bumps or dips in the path you are following. It's design allows me to begin correcting my posture.
After 3 years post my spinal injury, during which I was using a 'shop walker' type design. This walker caused me to stand & walk in a very bent position from my waist in order to walk. Once I was up for no longer than 10 minutes, I was in a complete bent position which would cause me to have to lay down until the pain eased.
It will be a slow process to become strong enough to stand upright after using the 'shop walker'this walker is truly a breath of fresh air.
I just wish I was aware of the Veloped 3 years ago. Thankyou to the Trionic team for the hard work you have done to allow these walkers to be a proven safety & a suitable AT to be claimed through NDIS.

What was your concern with this review?
My 14er is perfect, at 79 overweight with bone on bone knees, torn ACL my Veloped is a blessing. I have been out in the field repairing my fences and doing other tasks that I could not do without much difficulty when using other walkers. I do not have to struggle getting there, my 14er is a workhorse a rolling tool box, I have used it and abused it and it keeps on giving me the aid I need, I could use a smaller one in the house and that will come when I can afford it. Thank you Trionic for giving me my life back, I hope to try to wear my 14er out, but as well as it is made I doubt I will accomplish that.

The Walker 12er is fantastic. Since 2008 I have only moved around with a wheelchair because I could not use the health insurance walkers due to balance problems. With the Walker I bought from you I feel completely comfortable. I feel very confident with it.
