Trionic Syncro — Patent
Shimmying and skewed swivel wheels are frequently mentioned by rollator users as being a definite problem area. When walking on uneven ground with a 4-wheeled rollator, sooner or later one of the swivel wheels loses contact with the ground, starts shimmying and regains its contact with the ground in a skewed position. As a result the rollator often comes to an abrupt stop, and there is a considerable risk of the user tripping or even falling over.
The new Trionic Walker rollator is equipped with a synchronized steering feature that eliminates the problems with shimmying and skewed swivel wheels.
By connecting the swivel wheels with each other through a pulley/timing belt arrangement, the two wheels steer in unison. If one swivel wheel suddenly loses contact with the ground, the other wheel will still keep it positioned in your desired walking direction.
An additional central pulley guarantees that you will enjoy the same type of steering that your car offers, called the “Ackermann Steering Geometry”. When you turn, the inner wheel is allowed to turn at a slightly sharper angle than the outer wheel.
Thanks to its clever design, the function of the Trionic Syncro Steering doesn’t get affected when you fold and unfold the rollator.

Pneumatic Tires — Top Comfort
Conventional rollators have rock-hard solid tires that offer nothing in the way of comfort when you are walking on cobblestones, gravel and uneven ground. Many rollators users are forced to plague themselves just to get to the supermarket, and the use of a rollator frequently causes severe pain in the hands, elbows and shoulders.
The Walker 12er and the Walker 14er are equipped with air-pressured tires. There are several advantages with air-pressured tires; they offer you a soft and plush ride and an unbeatable comfort. As they do not cause vibration like solid tires do, you are less prone to suffer pain and discomfort in your hands, elbows and shoulders when you walk on uneven ground.
Trionic offer you different tire options, and you can choose the correct tire for your Walker 12er/14er, all according to your requirements and favored walking terrain. You can choose between air-pressured tires from high-quality manufacturers Schwalbe, Continental, Innova and Diamond.
The Walker 9er is equipped with SuperSoft PU solid tires that are about 50% softer than the solid tires of conventional rollators.
Bigger Wheels
The performance of a rollator or walker relies heavily on the size of the wheels.
The bigger the wheel, the easier it is to pass obstacles and uneven ground, and the comfort level also increases with the wheel size.
A bigger wheel simply performs better than a small wheel, especially outdoors.
Conventional rollators usually have only 8"/20 cm small wheels that hardly manage to overcome smaller thresholds.
The Walkers have 9"/23 cm, 12"/31 cm or 14"/36 cm big front- and rear wheels as standard, all depending on the chosen model.
In comparison with conventional rollators with 8"/20 cm small wheels, thanks to their bigger wheels the Walkers manage curbs, cobblestones, gravel and uneven ground with both greater ease and higher comfort.

Walker 9er
The Combi Rollator
The Walker 9er is your perfect choice when you are looking for a rollator to use both indoors and outdoors.
With its 9”/23 cm wheels and extra-soft PU-tires you’ll enjoy high comfort and a well-balanced performance. The Walker 9er is the most compact model and it’s light and compact for easy storage and transport. It's suited for both indoor- and outdoor use.
Thanks to its hub brakes, the 9er is equipped with solid PU-tires of a much softer compound than other premium rollators. The tires are about 50% softer than the competition, and this of course raises your level of comfort when you for example hit obstacles or walk along cobblestone streets. They also have a distinct tread that offers you a secure grip and optimal safety.
The Walker 9er is tested and fully approved according to the European standard for rollators/walkers (ISO-11199). It also has a CE mark.
Walker 12er
The Outdoor Rollator
Are you looking for a rollator that copes with cobblestones and bumpy streets?
Then the Walker 12er will be your faithful companion when you are heading outdoors.
With the Trionic Walker 12er you take a step up in wheel size, to 12”/31cm, and this model is a great outdoor rollator. In order to raise your comfort level another notch, the Walker 12er is equipped with air-pressured tires. The 12er is your perfect companion for going grocery shopping, for taking daily strolls and for enjoying the outdoors. Depending on where you will mostly use your Walker 12er, you have the option to choose from 3 different tires.
Its patented syncro steering, 12” big wheels and air-pressured tires guarantee you a very comfortable ride, and it’s perfect for every urban and outdoor area.
The Walker 12er is tested and fully approved according to the European standard for rollators/walkers (ISO-11199). It also has a CE mark.
Walker 14er
