How do we claim the VAT-free option regarding disability?
You are able to claim VAT relief (only available in the UK) in the checkout. There is a section where you are able to tick the checkbox:
'Yes, I or the person I am buying for is eligible and want to claim exemption from VAT on this order'. Then state the reason for ordering with VAT Relief. Both name of the person you are claiming for and their/your disability. Then you have claimed the VAT Relief and will be billed without VAT.
