How do you replace the brake cable on the Trionic Veloped?

Walker/Rollator Brake Cable Replacement video.

  1. loosen the screw on the handle
  2. loosen the screw on the brake lever
  3. open the screws that hold the handlebar (Easiest to change on one side at a time)
  4. pull the grab bar forward on the side you loosened and then pull off the handle and brake lever
  5. remove the wheel
  6. remove the brake cover
  7. remove the wire from the brake
  8. remove the wire from the brake lever
  9. Mount the wire on the brake handle and thread on the brake handle on the handlebar, and press the handle and attach it to the frame
  10. mount the wire in the brake and then mount on the brake protection cover
  11. attach the wheel
  12. Attach the handle and brake lever
  13. test the brake and adjust it if necessary, this is done on the part that protrudes from the brake cover. Screw on it with an 8mm wrench to the desired result
