Does Trionic offer a guarantee?
Trionic guarantees all original parts on the Veloped and the Walker for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, excluding parts that are subject to normal wear: tyres, tubes, brake pads, brake cables, brake drums, grips and textile parts.
The warranty follows the product, not the buyer. If you sell or give away your rollator, the warranty passes to the new owner. No registration is needed – just hand over the user manual: its last page is the warranty page, which Trionic fills in when you buy.
To make a warranty claim, email support@trionic.com with photos of the damaged part, your address and your phone number, and we will send you a replacement part. Spare parts are also sold in the shop.
