Hello! How can we help you?

How to replace the brake lever on a Trionic rollator?

To replace the brake lever:

  1. Loosen the rear screw of the handle and pull the handle off the handle tube.
  2. Loosen the brake lever bolt (one turn) and pull it off the grip tube.
  3. Remove the rear wheel.
  4. The brake lever body, have screw and nuts which all have to be in line. If you put the gauge on a leash, you can pull the brake cable out to unhook it from the brake lever (keep the brake housing straight).
  5. To mount the new brake lever, as above but in reverse.

  • Stable freedom of movement with optimal braking…

Without a walker or two-sided crutches, I am permanently bound to a location. I have tried several rollators over the years, such as the Nitro, the Topro Troja and the Alevo Carbon.
The biggest weakness of all rollators are the brakes.

I bought my trionic a year ago and use it regularly. I regularly walk in the new forest as I live nearby; it gets me about well and enables me to rest when needed. I bought it online, which was a worry, but they rang me from Stockholm to check I had …
