Hello! How can we help you?

How do I change the grips on my Walker?

Please follow the following steps in order to change the grips on your Walker.

Step 1. Loosen the screw on the clamp at the rear of the grip (3 mm or 4 mm Allen key depending on the grip).

Step 2. Remove the grip from the grip tube.

Step 3.On the new grip, unscrew the screw on the clamp a little.

Step 4.Slide the new grip onto the grip tube, but do not yet fasten the clamp. Make sure that the grip is pushed all the way onto the grip tube, passed its end.

Step 5.Push the plastic end cap into the end of the grip tube and slide the grip rearwards so that its rear end meets the end cap.

Step 6. Adjust the grip to your preferred angle, and fasten the grip with the 3 mm or 4 mm Allen key.

Step 7.Repeat steps 1-6 above in order to change the grip on the opposite side.

  • Congratulations to the whole Trionic team!…

What you have come up with is truly impressive. I can only recommend this walker! A few weeks ago I had an accident where my mobility has been compromised. Since I didn’t want to miss small hikes, I was looking for a stable walker. The Veloped Trek d…

  • Rollator Walker 12er…

Good morning, at first I ordered the Walker 14er, but this rollator with the large tires is much too big to be transported in my Opel Mokka. Now I use the Walker 12er and I am very happy with it.…

  • Finally walking again…

Since my mom got this walker, she's been going for walks again. It was one of the best investments she's ever made for her health. She's happy every time someone asks her about her walker and her range has expanded many times over.
    As a daughter, I'…

  • Technic of folding and holding…

I have to go through three tight doors to come into my apartment. To keep the Veloped folded, I am holding it together with a small bungee cord. Is there a better idea?

At the locker, the small cover is sadly not holding and slides always to the s…

  • Thank you for giving freedom back to my husband…

My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2005 and as the symptoms progressed, his mobility and confidence to get out and walk diminished. He had been using ski-pole type sticks and although successful a few years ago, they no longer give enough …

  • Alison , Bristol…

I have had my Veloped Sport since mid April of this year and it has been fantastic! The ordering and delivery service was easy and quick and, when it arrived, we were immediately impressed with the design, construction and way in which it comes apart…

  • When I, as my daughter, discovered the Veloped, I immediately knew the s…

After our 86-year-old mother's walking radius decreased due to unsteady gait, and she could only move around outside the home with an escort, she considered – albeit very ambivalently – a mobility aid. A "regular" walker was out of the question for h…

  • The Veloped Has Changed My Life - Yippee!…

My bicycle accident, four years ago, left me with such poor balance, that I struggled to walk with a stick. In fact, I found myself very reluctant to walk even short distances. There is the standard red rollator, something many elderly people have, b…
