Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Yes, at the time of delivery, you need to be at home to receive your delivery in person and sign for it.
Home delivery is normally done on weekdays and the time of delivery is allocated depending on where in the country you live. Keep in mind that the delivery time stated on the website is preliminary. The carrier will notify you by telephone or text message in the days before delivery for more information on the delivery date and time.
