Hello! How can we help you?

Can you fit the Trionic rollator into a car?

Yes — a Trionic rollator will fit into most cars, but it depends a bit on your car size and whether you fold (or partially dismantle) it.

How compact does it get?

When folded, a typical Trionic Walker rollator is roughly:

  • Length: ~68–85 cm
  • Width: ~28 cm
  • Height: ~82–90 cm

That’s about the size of a medium suitcase standing upright.

Why it usually fits

It’s designed to fold quickly using an X-frame mechanism

The wheels can be removed, making it even smaller

It’s easy to put in a car boot (trunk). You can watch a video on how to do it.

Real-world fit

  • Small cars (e.g. hatchbacks)
✔ Usually fits in the trunk when folded
✔ May need wheels removed if space is tight
  • Medium cars (sedan/estate):
✔ Fits easily in the trunk
  • SUVs / larger cars:
    ✔ No problem at all

Practical tips

  • Fold it flat, then lift from the frame (not the seat)
  • If your trunk is shallow, remove the wheels for extra space
  • You can also place it behind a front seat in some cars

Yes — a Trionic rollator is specifically built to be transported in a car, and in most cases it fits without issues once folded.

  • Great…

Keeps the walker clean and tidy. My husband refuses to use it so at least I know it is out of the way and not gathering too much dust. Probably use it myself one day…

The Walker 14er helps me a lot (balance disorder due to ataxia). Apart from the large tyres, which make it easier to overcome obstacles, I particularly like the flexible suspensions of the wheels on the left and right, which decisively improve the gr…

  • Finally, no more pain in my hands…

Since I have this rollator, I could cry with happiness. I walked around with the wrong one for three years and ruined my right hand.

The walker arrived and UPS even helped me with the box. I opened the box without any problems, overturned it and s…

I went to the seaside for the first time with my Veloped in Texel. With the Veloped I was able to walk on the beach in the deep sand, which would not have been even contemplated with other devices. It was tiring, but doable. I was also able to get ve…
