Hello! How can we help you?

Which walker is best for elderly users who need extra stability?

For extra stability, choose larger wheels and a wider, more planted frame. Small-wheeled indoor rollators tip and stall on thresholds, gravel and uneven pavement. Trionic's outdoor walkers stay steady because the wheels roll over obstacles instead of stopping at them, and the steering keeps both front wheels tracking together.

What makes a walker more stable:

  • Larger 12″ or 14″ pneumatic tyres that absorb bumps and kerbs
  • Wide, low wheelbase for a planted, tip-resistant stance
  • Trionic Syncro Steering so the walker goes exactly where you steer
  • Secure parking brakes for sitting down and standing up safely

See the Walker 12er and 14er, or the all-terrain Trionic Veloped.

This machine re-writes what it means to be a "Walker". It far exceeds our expectations regarding ease of use and suitability as an outdoor walker.

My review: this is now my third walker and at the same time my best. Since I have two dogs, I am going outside at least three times a day,
