Can I try a Trionic rollator before I buy, and can I return it?

Yes – in two ways.

1. Try before you buy at a dealer

Many of our dealers have Trionic rollators you can try in the shop before you buy. Find a dealer near you.

2. Order online with a 14-day cooling-off period

You buy the rollator first, and you have 14 days to change your mind:

• Free return shipping if you return it within 14 days – the rules for each country are on our returns page
• One short test walk outdoors, in dry weather, of up to 500 metres – an outdoor rollator has to be tried outdoors
• Dirty tyres are no problem, we can clean them. Please take care not to scratch the frame, because paint damage is hard to repair.
• Return it in its original packaging

Pay with Klarna or PayPal "pay in 30 days" and you won't pay anything until after you've tried it.
